According to website of Ministry of Interior of Qatar, there is an update on the Indians arriving in Qatar on arrival visas.
The new update shows changes in requirements for Indians tourists entering in Qatar with arrival visas may not carry a Credit Card. The tourist should either have a credit card or a debit card in his or her name while arriving in the country.
Earlier it was mandatory for travellers arriving in Qatar to carry a Credit card issued on their name, Or travelling with a family made compalsory for the head of the family to posses a Credit Card.
Travellers heading to Qatar may atleast have 6 Months of validity remaining on the passport and all Arrival visas are issued for a maximum of 30 Days, and there is no change in the extension for the 30 Days period.

Visa free entry for Indians
Nationals of India can obtain on-arrival tourist visa and spend up to 30 days in Qatar (not extendable), if the following terms and conditions are met.
Terms & Conditions:
- Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the arrival date.
- Confirmed Return ticket
- Confirmed Hotel reservation for the passenger.
- Applicant must be in possession of a valid credit or debit card. (Mandatory to present a valid credit or debit card in the name of the traveller, in case of travelling with family, the family head should have a card with his name)
- The duration of the visa cannot be extended beyond 30 days
